Peak Scientific's TOC Gas Generators produce up to 1500cc/min of carrier/ combustion gas from your in-house compressed air supply. With many models of TOC Analyzers on the market, Peak Scientific developed two different Products. For NPOC (Non-purgeable organic carbon) we recommend our TOC1500. For the TC-IC process we recommend our TOC1500HP.

Peak Scientific has been operating in South Africa now for two and a half years and has continued to grow steadily.

Due to the need for expansion Peak acquired this superb NEW building at the end of March 2011. Our new Peak Africa office is headed up by business development manager; Dean Milbank to oversee operations with the support of our field service engineer Andy Von Arx, at hand to deliver exceptional service, training and support.

Our office based in Somerset West, 50km outside of Cape Town provides the ideal location for a stable base allowing much greater expansion of our services across the territory.

Generators offer air/nitrogen for GC applications

Peak Scientific, an expert in laboratory gas generators, has launched the ANG250(A)-ANG3000(A) series of air and nitrogen generators for GC applications.

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is said to be the preferred choice for generating ultra-high-purity nitrogen.

The technology is self-regenerating, offering users a reliable and durable source of ultra-high-purity nitrogen with little need for attention.

The ANG range also provides a source of clean, dry air.

Peak systems are available with or without an internal air compressor.

The AG range of air and nitrogen generators is designed specifically for use with GC applications.

Models are available with different flow rates and can be used with multiple systems.

The generators offer ultra-high-purity nitrogen suitable for GC, ICP, DSC, TGA, TOD, TMA and DMA, plus clean, dry air from a single system.

This capability means one generator can cater for the requirements of multiple applications.

The generators are designed as plug-and-play systems, making installation simple.

Peak Scientific have established our own independent office in Shanghai to offer a full, direct, sales, service and support network to the China market. Our staff consist of Sales led by our Sales Manager, Gordon Gao. We also have 2 engineers, Xiaoming Luo and Jingzhou Zheng who have been fully trained at our head office and manufacturing facility in the UK. Our offices are managed by Kelly Pu and she is supported by Huishan Chapman who is on temporary secondment from the UK. This is a very exciting time for us and shows our full commitment to directly support our Chinese customers both old and new. The range consists of three cutting edge Nitrogen Generators. The 3010, 3020 & 3030

The Genius² 3010 has been designed specifically as a stand-alone system to provide gas to single LCMS applications which require a high nitrogen flow, up to 64 l/m
The Genius² 3020 combines’ two individual systems with separate Nitrogen outputs into a single compact unit, thus allowing two separate Mass Spectrometers to be supplied by the same Generator with independent control.
The Genius² 3030 conbines 2 individual systems with separate Curtain, Source & Exhaust gasses for AB SCIEX LCMS instruments supplied by the same Generator with independent control, and is compatible with the full AB SCIEX range .
