POSITION

Reporting to the North American Service Manager, this new role will be based in our head office in Billerica, MA. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide a high level of service and technical advice for Peak customers, OEM’s, distributors and internal staff.
• This position also involves being a member of the service team as well as working alone on a daily basis. Be prepared, if requested, to provide worldwide service back-up or technical support during holidays, sickness etc.
• Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak Scientific products.
• Work with the sales team to develop both the instrument and service business.
• Provide back up for the Service Department in the field or the office as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The candidate will have experience of maintaining pressure systems and transportable gases in a similar or related industry would be an advantage.
